Horrible experience, very unprofessional, they have been. After 1 hour past the appointment we were still not seen by the doctor yet.

When I asked why, the manager just said it's like any hospitals you should expect delays by hours for surgery. And the best part yet is she said you can leave if you want to. I don't care what excuses you have, poor management is poor management. Just admit it and be apologetic.

If you enjoy the wait and have no other things going on in your life just feel free to kill time here.

For these reasons, I'm leaving them. My time is precious and I don't want them to waste it anymore.
